Welcome to HireSchool. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and any associated programs, content, or digital materials (collectively referred to as "Services"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. About HireSchool

HireSchool provides consulting, training, and digital resources designed to help organizations implement structured, best-in-class hiring methods. Our programs are intended for business use and are not consumer training services.

2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old.
  • Are using our Services on behalf of a legitimate business or organization.
  • Have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute HireSchool materials without written consent.
  • Use the Services to solicit, promote, or endorse competing products.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

4. Programs and Deliverables

HireSchool offers structured training programs, digital resources, and consulting engagements. Each engagement or purchase is governed by its individual proposal, statement of work (SOW), or program description.

We reserve the right to:

  • Update, modify, or discontinue programs without prior notice.
  • Substitute equivalent or improved content within any program.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
  • Payment terms are stated at the time of purchase or within your invoice.
  • Access to materials may be withheld until full payment is received.
  • If HireSchool is forced to withhold materials and release them more than three times, we maintain the right to permanently withdraw access to the Training Modules named "Interviewer Training", "Hiring Manager Training", "Hiring Manager End to End" and "Quality Assurance Lead Training".
  • Late payments may incur fees or result in suspended access.
  • Usage of the content that will incur the monthly flat fee is defined as any Learner who logs into the app on any day in a calendar month.

6. Refunds

We offer a 7-day guaranteed refund if you are not satisfied with the content. Any usage of the Training Modules in the App, which are "Interviewer Training", "Hiring Manager Training", "Hiring Manager End to End" and "Quality Assurance Lead Training" by anyone with a role other than Program Manager, will void this right to refund.

HireSchool is not accountable for any "accidental" opening of the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, including text, graphics, frameworks, videos, templates, and guides, are owned or licensed by HireSchool and protected under intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials solely for internal organizational use.

You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any content without written authorization.

8. Account Access and Security

Certain areas of the website may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.

HireSchool reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

Our Services are educational and advisory in nature. HireSchool does not guarantee specific hiring outcomes, candidate quality, or business performance improvements.

All examples, case studies, or testimonials are illustrative only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HireSchool disclaims any implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • HireSchool will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Total liability for any claim related to your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount paid for those Services in the prior 12 months.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We only collect and use personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and for the purpose of providing Services.

12. Third-Party Tools and Links

Our site may include links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or performance. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

13. Updates to Terms

HireSchool may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

14. Termination

HireSchool may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse of materials. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.
