The HireSchool programs, cover all aspects of what leads to great outcomes. That includes, great criteria setting, great processes, great policies, great preparation, great interview skills, great assessment skills, great decision management skills and so on. It's far more than just teaching interviewing skills.

How long does it take to complete the full transformation program?

This will largely depend on what and how mature your current hiring processes and systems are. Plus how much resource you have to invest in the program. We expect that the transformation requires a minimum of 6 months.

How does the Structured Hiring Method differ from the traditional hiring process?

This approach is centered on standardization of your hiring process. It establishes a set of common criteria and standards that all interviewers must use. It also establishes a standardized process for each hire cycle so all candidates have equal opportunity.

Does this program replace or remove the need for an Applicant Tracking System?

No. This program is educational, it isn't a technical solution in your hiring process. The program does provide advice on the types of system solutions you will need to ensure you utilize the Structured Hiring Method to its optimal advantage.

Are the behavioral interviewing techniques taught suitable for both technical and non-technical roles?

Yes. HireSchool programs are about hiring for your company, so you not only have people with the technical skills you want but also people who operate within your community in ways you believe will build the type of business and commercial outcomes you're looking for.

What can I expect in the course?

The course includes a module that takes your Project/Program manager through all of the steps required in the transformation. It also includes content for 2 workshops, one for choosing Leadership Values and the other for choosing the end in hiring process. There are also modules for Hiring Manager Preparation, Interview Skills and leading Final Decision meetings. Program B also includes a module on how to establish a Quality Assurance function.

What if the programs don't include the Leadership Values I want?

The programs contain 20 Leadership Values for you to pick 8 from. HireSchool developed these 20 by reviewing the Leadership Values used across the top 500 companies in the world. We removed the overlap and distilled them down to the most common 20. We are confident that there is adequate diversity within the 20 to serve most companies' needs.

How do you measure whether a team has successfully mastered the method?

HireSchool are big believers in the philosophy of \"you can't manage something, unless you can measure it\". So, included in our course is a module for the Program/Project Manager on how to measure the outcomes of your transformation to The Structured Hiring Method.

Is the training self-paced, or does it follow a cohort schedule with fixed start dates?

The content in the programs is self-paced but we assume you will have a deadline by which you want to be able to launch this new approach to hiring. Through managing a \"launch\" your Program Manager will need to impose a date where by all current Hiring Managers and Interviewers will need to have completed their training. There is no automated way to manage that through HireSchool.

Pricing & Access

How does the pricing work?

Our programs have an initial fixed fee. That fee gives access to all of the strategic content. That include the Program Manager's content on how to run the program, and all of the planning content associated with selecting your Leadership Values and developing your end to end hiring process. There is then an ongoing monthly fee for training content. Every learner who uses any part of that content in any month will be charged at a flat rate of $149 per month.

Is there a trial or money-back guarantee if the program doesn't meet expectations?

No. This is educational content. Success in this transformation is highly dependant on the quality of your implementation.

Is the platform accessible globally, and are materials available in multiple languages?

You can access the program anywhere in the world. Currently the content is limited to English, but if there is a significant demand for other languages we will certainly look to extend the offering.

What happens when new modules or updates are released -- do current users automatically gain access?

Yes. If additional or refreshed content is added to the course it will be accessible to existing users.

Can we add or remove users without penalty?

Yes. In addition to the one off fee for the Program/Project Manager module you pay a monthly fee per Learner. You will be charged per Learner you have provided \"roles\" to. If a Learner no longer requires access to the platform, you must remove them from the platform or you will continue to be charged a monthly fee.

New Learners simply need to be added to the platform and assigned a \"role\" and you will start to pay the fee for them.

How do renewals work?

There is no \"renewal\" as such. The fee for access to the Program/Project Manager module is a one off. After that you will be charged monthly for every \"Learner\" you have assigned a role on the platform in that month.
